zadu pirma kart formas treniruot, tai noreciau paaiskinimo:
Ar kyla visiem tada ta forma, neskaitant ar jis traumuotas, ar suzaides 1 min, ar 121 min?

treniruojant forma, tikrai atsizvelgiama i suzaistas minutes, ne kaip treniruojant istverme, jei bus labai nupjauta pushis su minutemis forma gali net ir pakristi, bet siaip mano nuomone galima tiketis upo jei zaista 25-90min tame intervale (kalbu prie gerbiamos formos)...asiku jei bus katastrofiska zaidejo forma tai tas intervalas turetu dideti :)

Na neblogos ir man 3 rebaundai kilo, bet viena ištvermė krito, formos nėra prastos, bet galėtų ir geriau būt :)
