Hi. I am the guy you bought him from. Yes he has very legitimate shot at NT. I will translate what out NT coach wrote few days ago.
Maris Austrinš (25291525) - labi attīstīts JR - nākotnē būs labs palīgs pie ārējā taktikām. Jātrenē 1on1 un piespēles.
Maris Austrinš (25291525) - nicely developed JR - will be helpful in future when using outside tactics. Need to train 1 on 1 and passing.
I will probably buy this guy aswell:
(http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/24245924/overview.aspx)The thing is, I have a player in my Team, potential for Slovenia National Team (best player):
Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: prodigious Handling: wondrous
Driving: wondrous Passing: prolific
Inside Shot: prolific Inside Def.: tremendous
Rebounding: prominent Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: inept Free Throw: proficient
So my training plan will be like this:
1st week: 1 on 1
2nd week: Outside defense
3rd week: Passing
4th week: Inside shot
5th week: Rebounding
6th week: Jump shot
7th week: Jump range
8th week: Inside defense
9th week: Passing
10th week: 1 on 1
Something like that, Of course I will train him a lot on outside because of your latvian player, but I must train him as well on the inside so your Latvian player will also receive some of the training on the inside !
But If we look what I want to do for the Latvian player..:
His current skills are:
Jump Shot: 14 Jump Range: 15
Outside Def.: 19 Handling: 15
Driving: 15 Passing: 14
Inside Shot: awful Inside Def.: 9
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: inept Free Throw: average
I am thinking like this:
Outside defense to 20. Handling and passing to 17. Passing to 17. Jump shot to 17 and Jump range to 17.
After that, we shall see.
I really hope he will play for the National Team because of my finances, it will be a shame iif he will have a wage of 200k and not playing for the National Team, if that happens, I will sell him.
But yeah, I will give my best, I love to train NT players.
