I am not so sure. The teams who play decent in Div III. get a lot of of money. Ofc the salary might be high though.
I guess both promoting and tanking could be valid tactics longterm.

I'm sitting nicely at the moment.

Yes i bought players last season to promote, and this season in DIV 3, i am still in the cup, sitting 1st in my conference and in 1 day my arena will have 6097 seats.

Im hoping to have around 7500-8000 in my arena by seasons end.

so it can be done.

Teams who trade players and earn money that way (not just selling their draft) have no real place in my research.
So your team isn't really an example that "it" can be done.
This strategy requires endurance and luck but no really franchise leading skills, as there is (most likely not your case) cheating potential.
Getting a full crowd without spending too much money is the real deal. (my2cents)

After three home games my team is the most popular ;) Until now I'm the only one in my league who had at least 90k.

Nice indeed. I had my third 90k game for my last home game with my new high mark of 98600. Unfortunately I lost a close game today and I'm lowering prices going into interconference play (so I can build more seats) so I'll probably have a dip into the 80s for a while I imagine, especially after your leaguemate and my old USA leaguemate Scarlet Fever knocks me out of the tourney.

Your prices are ridiculously low for D.III. Even if you add a ton more seats, you should still raise the ticket prices.

That's pretty good revenue despite losing the past 2 games. Just checked out your roster, looks like you'll need to buy guys to hit the salary floor (whenever that kicks in). Should also let you win more games and raise ticket prices.

Ive spent about 1.2 mill on my stadium and the last 2 home games in Div IV ive had gates of $99,325.

Im expecting to break the 100K barrier the next home game that my mob have

I just finished extended research over all utopian players and their arena.
If you want to know at which position your arena is, ask.
(i am not going to post all the 1616 here )
