I tried to make the draft order but I can´t see my changes. Isn´t it ready yet?

Should be... you should be able to drag and drop the order of the players then submit changes button is at the bottom of the page....

also as a public service announcement, hit submit once every few minutes while you are setting your draft order... it sucks to take about 10-15 minutes to have your draft order set exactly the way you want it then hit submit, only to have the server timeout on you and lose all your work. Almost poked my eyes out with a pencil yesterday when this happened to me ... grumble...
