Yes, that’s a shame! But still a great achievement!!

We were leading after 7 and a half minutes !



So what happened afterwards? I thought our team was experienced enough to defend the lead once they got it...

But honestly, it’s a lot of fun with you guys!!

Snow... Snow is what happened. Spain is not used to snow and they forgot to put a roof on their basketball court. Why were we more affected than the Spanish team afterwards you'll say ? Because they were able to get the right shoes to play in snowy conditions and we didn't bring any, thinking we would play indoor, not outdoor.


You're right. I was kind of wondering why you were still letting the Koreans play in shorts instead of snow-clothes. That explains a lot. What a shame that the game didn't happen in Greece with around 30 degrees celsius at the same time.

91-94 loss.

Well, that's it for our non existing chances to qualify. We lost at home against Albania in a very close game that could have ended in a win. Blame could be handed here and there, but that wouldn't be fair. We are close, but limited in numbers, that's all. This doesn't really change our season as it was over two weeks ago. We will be better next season and the one after. Let's keep training and hope for some better drafts soon.


Still, most annoying! I‘d guess it would have been a win if GS had been as high as last week. Still a good job. But next season we‘ll just see more wins. And the season after as well. And hopefully also some good draftees!

You‘ll probably not win against Slovenjia, but that they feel threatened to put more enthusiasm into the game than we do is definitely worth mentioning! Doesn’t help much of everybody assumes we‘re a favorite to win every game but still: kinda feels nice that our work and combined effort is thus appreciated. Hopefully in the next couple of seasons you’ll win despite their efforts.
