Thats gottq be a bug. I would log it in the bugs forum.

They wont change it, so u will get to keep ur JR pop but rhey would be curious to know how it happened.

Doubt it is a bug. He was probably at like 7.99 JR skill level, and the training was just enough to tip him over.

i just didnt think training was possible above 32, let alone 36
