To make to clear, I'm not doing personal, nation attacking or accusing of any body. I'm just trying to talk a logic.
To answer your so call misunderstanding btw us. For me, I still stick to the same reason, it's culture issue, the way we talk and behave is different. For example: it's just like how always play basketball in real life. Usually playing with Singaporean and Philippino, everything is fine, the way we play is very same. But when some people from china: they tend to put blame in other, saying this and that while they themselves are making the mistake, while Malaysian: the way they play is so contact, trying eat we Singaporean due to their ability of jumping and strength in body, so we Singaporean of course will play back contact, while they will feel we are looking for trouble, trying to fight while the way they def us, is almost can cause player to get injured Or they will just keep on shouting foul when they are the one who bang onto us.

Replying your question:
1) true, but u say it indirectly? Not only to me, including the rest of the election member. For example of me: you said that I have no basic? Well, being able to manage u21, one of the few main thing is able to help out in training, So if you say I have no basic - meaning?

2/3) it's not we Singaporean dint put in effort, look at Eric, he does go to other div leagues to talk and the lifestyle in singapore is different, I dunno if you does read up news, singapore is one of the few country that are on high living expenses, lots of people don't even have enough time to sleep, let alone talking about playing game. And some/most bosses in Singapore are different, expecting all working to work and work, caught playing game or personal stuff during office hour may get warning letter. So if you taking about how to convince managers (local/foreign) to train players earlier,

40% of BB users might be pranksters types, means they won't cooperative, some of them might just buy your trainee and put it at the end of your bench .. (even how hard you convince him, it's the same).

So, it is a 50-50 chance on what direction the SGP trainees are landed into... the only thing to control this ... is to advice local managers to buy these trainees, but HOWEVER it's back to the previous paragraph ... 1. not all users wanted to cooperative , 2. we have only 70 teams (perhaps 40-50teams in coming 2 weeks).

And if you say you guys already have team in malaysia, that are camping in bb just to get ready to bid your NT player to save them? Then what's the point of selling them in the first case? And since you guys are afraid of other player sabo, might as well announce to the world of buzzerbeater, telling all manager that malaysian is not for sales. Malaysian is only to be played in malaysia league? If this is the case, might as well ask buzzerbeater create a server for you guys, name as MBB-malaysia buzzerbeater?
Yes, there are lots of trader, some people does trade but they does have intention of using the player. for me, I feel *it is indirectly against the rule of buzzerbeater that create team just to play with the fund* it's quite selfish though. "no offend there"

4) nah, it's okay for that, we all prefer to have some competitive and fun game while training player, that bring the challenge and excitement, instead of just being "no-life"

5) people active can be alot of way, technology is so high tech, don't have to just chat via bb sg forum. FYI: phone SMS/whatsapp, email, fb, msn, and etc... Lots of way.

Next, base on what you said earlier and the rating of the voter, it's the same reply from me, about the life in Singapore.

COme on dude. what you know is there are so many different type of people. those video game you say, are those ps3, D3, which people are really hype about, for this kind of game, not really that popular, and do remember one thing, the population. One big thing, Housing is one of the most important thing, how can you dont include housing? Go ahead and check with all your singaporean friends, how high is the expenses? it is worse when come to housing, how much does a flat in malaysia cost? and go ahead do online research on singapore housing pricing. Or maybe you can go ahead and check on the car pricing, how hard are we going to work to pay for car, flat and for some people even their children education fees.

Oh, so you are trying to say that we singaporean are not smart enough to do all this precautions? seem like it's more or less of a kind of attacking.

come on, you wrote your part of your history not only here, you write it in your national election speech. aint ths looking back at the past? I dont have to tell your community as i can see through your u21 rating. it's only 65%? meaning quite a number of people dont like the way you talk or handle things. this is real sad. Cause i would wsh i could help, but i dont see how to, since you said that you are so "great' and you only get 65%.

Well perhaps, i think you are too bored in malaysia forum? Issit no one willing to talk to you thats why you came here to find people and talk? Maybe you would wish to talk in other forum of singapore rather than here? i would gladly welcome you to have a chit chat have fun at other post.. As here is debate forum are more for voter or challangers and you are none of it. talking to you, making you agree on blah blah blah, we still don't get a extra vote.

Hi everybody,

I really so sad about that. Please don't be arguing. This is the game. We play the game for fun, reduce the pressure of our life, hobbie.
Game is the game. Life is the life. Please.... I don't want to say anything for election. Whatever I am okay, I wanna play the game for fun. Please... Stop for talking too much. I hope all will be happy and enjoy of your life.

So you are trying to say it's me?

See, you did mention before about convincing people, but you don't seem to able to convince much, or maybe the timing is not for you. well this is the time, hope you will have better luck in convincing them.

Aw, that sad life in such school. But well, better future ahead. good luck!
when did i say i'm afraid of pressure, what make you think that way? maybe you could just sop anyhow thinking, though i know, you are bored. it's not good for health

All i do care is, if U21 would grow stronger and better till the time when ben is back. So regardless who become the manager, i'm fine with it, as long as they can bring SG U21 to another stage.

Sorry to the three of you and others who have been reading this forum. Job quite busy these two days so didn't have time to reply. But I got the feeling that this election starts to go the wrong way. As I have always said, the key factors are always experience (both individual team and nation level), game knowledge, vision , passion and perhaps also how to revive the shrinking SGP community. It's quite pointless arguing about small things and the other guy has to fight back...

And to Terfu, I see you got no competition again in Malaysia. Maybe that's because you've done a great job and everybody is satisfied. But after all, this is an SGP election, you may have stepped a little bit too far, though I thank you for your insightful sharing.
