Lithuania is the seventh largest nation in BB, you can't call it "easy one":D I have to agree it is harder to compete in Italy than in Lithuania. Still, how could you become a blocked team? If you manage your team consistently, you promote sooner or later.

I agree junior leagues, women's teams may require a huge amount of work and time, but not so sure about Utopia. It would be just another country, certainly with slightly changed rules and restrictions, but still, would that be so hard to implement? But I don't know anything about programming in this game, I could possibly be wrong.
It appears I'm not the only who likes Utopia's idea. There are also a number of managers who would prefer their second teams to be able to compete in other nations. So another poll to find out the distribution of votes would be interesting.

Just a hypothetical example that is almost assuredly not correct but a representative sample of something that could be unforeseen because of some assumptions the coders made that Utopia would change.

Let's assume that we add a new country "Utopia". Let's further assume that the end of season update script does, among other things, manually resets the appropriate NT/U21 enthusiasm to the proper level, starts up the election and so forth. Now, Utopia does not have a NT/U21 because it's not designed to do so, and so the update reaches that part of the script, explodes, and the processing stops. If the update is truly just scripts repeated each time for each of BB's nations, that's something entirely possible and suddenly would require a whole new set of processing be coded for Utopia. Or perhaps, the code is separated enough that it's possible to specify not to run a U21/NT script for that nation, but perhaps that part of the script also handles aging up the players to ensure that the old players are no longer eligible.

Point being, we don't know how tightly or loosely coupled the code is, but if the game was designed on the notion of every country being the same, suddenly shoehorning in a new country with different rules can be very disruptive. And when there's a reasonably good alternative solution that uses existing teams and existing leagues, which also gives some competition to micronations (which anyone who's read Wolph's volumes of literature on the subject may appreciate), it makes little sense to make massive alterations.

I am guessing that norwegian top league would have very few norwegians because they just won't be able to compete with managers who have more knowledge and experience in the game

Your first division has 4 teams that have been around since season 3
Teams from seasons 4 and 5
Seasons 9,11,12 and 13
All more than I have

Can't see too many team coming in with MORE knowledge and experience than already sits in Div 1
In fact that's a tougher group in terms of experience than resides in Canada's first division
Lower division teams in your country already are in tough

Very thorough analyzis, but I am from season 19 and already played in cup finals and looking to win league this year, knowledge is still the key here.

Sorry (but still less than half of the managers^^), didn't knew your numbers, i stop after Ita-US-Spa-Pol^^.

My adventure is too long, i sincerely stop to have a shot to II div from S17, and never try to get out of it until this season at least, where i have solved my structural issues (Palace seats firstly). I've loved a P5 team;). But, for example, 3 out of last 4 season promote a team who afford a -100k weekly gain at least, and last one teams who promote has simply the double level of wage than every other team. This meanings you're like an "owl" hoping in others injuries/loss.

But it's not a Justify, simply analisys. Surely, later, when everybody left the game, i can promote:)

dont think that make more draft for small countries because all the supporter want to have secend team in the countries look like USA or china or spain or some another country which one have alot of team to be have good draft and good experience in best and hard situation. also my country supporter want to be in USA league.

and for example are you sure if you will chose your secend team in my country. will you try my country's draft? or if you chose your secend team in the countries, which one have so many user, you must buy small country's drafts more than the real prices because is easier to try and enjoy the player in them country's team. and just my country users will buy our country's drafts more than the prices and try them because we want to help to our country's teams. but the countries which one have a lot of teams, has not worry more than us about them country team, because they have so many drafts.
