My fans are becoming less and less satisfied with my performance last season.

Ferrante is a freak of nature. How does a player get better every season without being trained? I can't believe I was really close to selling him for 6mil earlier this season.

HEY COACH YOU'RE LOSING BY 40 FOR THE ENTIRE 2ND HALF, HOW ABOUT YOU PULL THE FREAKING STARTERS. God this playing minutes logic is absolutely retarded.

Having coached high school teams through similar deficits I can say that a common school of thought is to leave in the starters in to try to make the score more respectable. Clearly that is the M.O. of the game engine but I would like to see an option where you can tell the coach to pull the starters, for example if you TIE on the road to a normal and are down by 30. Maybe then the coach should realize that it is time to rest the starters.
