Thanks for advice guys,

I will try to maximise OD and train the other guard skills. Will most likely keep them on the transfer market though. Never know if someone will buy them.

Not sure about the U21 teams i havent really checked with the managers. Ding is chinese and the other is polish i think.

Draft order is set and it looks to be cracking draft for the Gladiators.

just gotta hope my favourite numbers come up big. its a bit like roullette really only. only my money doesn't disappear in the blink of an eye

Game of the Season
Rangas Vs Gladiators
This should be a great game, no doubt they'll both play same enthusiasm with finals just around the corner.
Subjectively, the Glads have been the team to beat all season long, but the Rangas sure are a strong line up.
I expect this to either be a real ripper of a game, OR will either team chuck a wobbly lineup so as not to give much away for the finals, who knows.
We all know the Gladiators are a very evenly spread team but I think their major strength is their PG, Igor "Yes Master" Zakharov, If Alfama can keep him atleast a little quiet and hit back some then I think the Rangas will have this one.

Tip: Rangas by 4

Rest of Games:
Beasts - Hippos = Hippos by 12
Til - Cow = Tilly's by 7
Magic - Dreamers = Dreamers to have a nice big win to finish the season out.... 37 points (which if i tip correctly, will put him into 4th position making a wonderful season for a "tranking/training" team.)
CRE - Tigers = CRE by 14
Be High - Morning Glory = Be High by 21
Zeds - Bigs = Zeds Army to march in a 18 point win
Noidya - Sammy Dogs = Noidya and his awesome trainees by 17

i have no idea what beasts/hippos are gonna do..

i expect Hippos will TIE this 1 to keep enth high as possible for PO, but then i would expect Beasts to CT or Normal to try and sneak the win and keep 4th... Its all up to the Beasts!

As for rangas/glads, i would expect both to tie and the result irrelevant.. unless rangas win by 150, the standings will stay as are... I can see rangas winning, i would definitely not expect bains to start his best lineup in this 1..

My goal for the season was to avoid relegation... now i need to find as much $$ as i can in the off season so i can pad out my FC with some handy vets, while i keep up training!

well it would probably be wise for Neeber to lose and fall to 5th.
he's not going to beat Bains and thus isn't going to make money from his finals campaign.

finishing 3rd or 4th this season is not cool in my opinion, i'd rather be either me or bains, or 5th.



yeah i think the game with Bains will be a TIE v TIE affair, but i think pride would prevent him from throwing the game completely, he likes beating me. :P

normally finishing 5th would be a good option for me, but with my low ass salary, there really wont be much difference between finishing 4th and getting 1/3 of income and finishing 5th and not payin salary.
