Perhaps you should have a chat with some of your guys and try to understand when regular users disagree with you on your opinion of them (see Foto or whatever the name was).

That's true, but I mentioned him because his name emerged repeatedly in the past and I didn't want to name any current GMs who have similar bad reputation, since this would have started a flame war.
