Hey, guys, I'm new as well, just joined up a couple of days ago. Still trying to figure everything out. My team, the Eagle Creek Eagles, got absolutely annihilated in my first game with them, so I'm desperately trying to improve them, lol.

Some advice, cut your roster down to 9-12 players. Cut the guys with under 3kish salaries and then focus on training Sink and Longoria, as they have some good potential. You'll also definitely want to think about going to the transfer list and buying a good 18 year old player with good potential to train.

The fastest way to train driving is via 1-on-1. There are several other training options that train driving as a secondary, but 1-on-1 is the fastest.

This is debatable. I've never trained one-position handling, but I'd imagine driving would train faster with this method since driving would train at 80% the rate of handling.

I stand corrected! I had forgotten about 1-position training in handling:-(

I like your enthusiasm, but like anything else you do, you need lots of experience before you take on a position of leadership.
Just focus on winning your division for now, and keep having fun!
