i still can't quite understand the rebounding. In the latest match it was more balanced and maybe someone else has a better example than this one (12722344).
But i still have the feeling, it's not really controlled by the stats of the players.
In this game his SF, PF and C would have matched or put up career highs (supporter feature) in rebounds! all against a better team. My team got "outrebounded" 68 to 60 in total.
His C is on the TL, so respectable was his stat in rebs (none of my players on SF, PF or C has a lower stat than this, even one of my SGs has strong rebounding).

I don't have such precise data to report, but I arranged another scrimmage with a friend and I can say for sure that his players are actually worse than mine at rebounding... and for the second time I loose at rebounds (12723137)... not big difference overall, but lets' look at the detailed breakdown of rebounds: considering he played 2-3 zone I'd understand a low number of offensive rebounds for me... but he got too many offensive rebounds and his defense shouldn't help him in my defensive zone.

So I still don't understand the new rebounding system...

I used for the friendly match just 3 players, to test a bit the rebounding tool.. i played 2-3 deffense, he went man to man. (12727724)

I played with a PG who has 6 in rebounding --> He got 2 rebounds.
I played with a SG who has 3 in rebounding --> He got 6 rebounds.
I played with a Lucky Fan as SF --> He got 9 rebounds.
I played with a Lucky Fan as PF --> He got 16 rebounds.
I played with a Center who has 6 in rebounding --> He got 24 rebounds.

I had 57 rebounds (16 offensive) and the other team had 62 (17 offensive).

He used better rebounders (i played also with a pair of Lucky Fans as 3 and 4), and he got nearly the double in the reboundings ratings, 3(low) vs 4 (high). But we nearly had the same rebounds. Instead, the position that i thought that i was wining (my PG has 6 in rebounding) is the position that just got 2 rebounds.

I expected a relation between the skill of rebounding and the rebounds that each player got. And also a huge advantage for the other team in the total rebounds, as i played with a lucky fan as SF, a lucky fan as PF and a 6 rebounding center.

He used those players as PF and C: (8011270), 39 mins as Center, (7472256), 30 minutes as PF and (8459860) as a backup PF and C (4 in rebounding), i suppose that the others have at least 5-6+

He also used this guys as SF: (8842696) and (5172323), i dont know their skills, but seeing the match ratings i suppose that they had much more rebounding skill that my lucky fans.

Well, I wouldn't expect wonders from PG with reb 6 (on PG position). It looks like rebounds are distributed towards positions (to both players so that would explain why lucky fan PF got some albeit the better rebounder of the two got more of course) based on height of the skill of both players at that postition
(or based on height of the skill of the better one or something like that) and based on position of course. It is just a theory I guess it worked this way before too, maybe it has more impact now.

Yes. i already knew it. What i say is that he should won the rebounds by much more, he used real players as 3, 4 and 5. I went with lucky fans as SF and PF and i had (16) 57 Vs (17) 62 that he had, very few difference in my opinion.

third match with the new rebounding modell and i'm voting desperately for THE OLD ONE! the latest match was a real keeper (12735208).
come on??? both teams played man to man, the rebounding ratings were in my favor, too. And i got outrebounded 95 to 58???????? He pulled down 50 (FIFTY!) offensive rebounds, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Just to make it really great, my PF (830694) has the following skills (he played 45 Minutes):
Weekly salary:
$ 11 547
DMI: 53500
Age: 23
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: strong
he got outrebounded by the other PF (9110626) 31 to 16 (16 to 2 OR) in 48 Minutes!!
I doubt it, that an 30 year old PF with 2200$ weekly salary and a DMI of 5600 is the better rebounder in this matchup!!
(by the way, my other players on C, PF or SF weren't bad rebounders neither)
