1. to je cisty random :)
2.neklesa...iba ak ju mas nad 5 vtedy klesa o 1 stupen na zapas tusim a ovplyvnis to en tym ze das uvolneny(nedoporucujuem hrat vonku :P)
3.hej na global fore v uzavretom vlakne,odkaz mas ked si das na Slovensku vlakno Trening a troska si pozri asi prvych 5 stran tam by to niekde malo byt...ale opytaj sa aky trening mi ti to tu uz povieme :)

Utok-podla toho ci mas lepsich outside hracov alebo inside...ak mas lepsich outside hracov tak hravaj rychly utok,nechodit pod kos ak inside hracov tak rychlo dnu,pomaly dnu :)
btw. ten rychly utok to je take 50 na 50 tiez ako Princeton

Obrana-podla supera,ak ma silnejsi vnutorny utok tak 2-3 hravaj ak vonkajsi tak 3-2 a ked hras proti vyrazne slabsiemu superovi tak si zahraj celoplosny pressing nech ho poriadne rozbijes :P

dik,lebo som mal uz naladu v teame na 8stupni a zrazu pozeram ze som zase na 5
a pritom som nic nemotsoval a je niekde umiestnene ako dlho trva trening vlastnosti

Ak by som si mohol dovolit tak by som vas rad poziadal o nejake vlakno ktore bude sluzit ako reklamy na priatelske zapasy ako v HT, alebo uz je tu a ja som slepy??:D

Inak mam vobec hravat priatelske zapasy ak budem trenovat 2centrov a 2power forwardov?? v tych 2 ligovych zapasoch by som to mal stihat nie?? aby teda uhrali 48min.

Nestihal by si to (s 99% pravdepodobnostou) a vlakno na friendly zapasy je na globale (Forums -> Recent Folders -> Global English -> Scrimmage Ad Threads).

inak to LA je fpoho...ako keby si bol z Los Angeles:D nekde som cital ze chces byt GM:) ale LA ti slusi viac:)

Jakto ze by som to nestihal?
1.zapas by hral 1center v zaklade a druhy by striedal
1.zapas by hral 1PFa druhy by ho striedal

2.zapas by som ich len vymenil a nahradnici by sli do zakladu:)
Tak by asi odohrali rovanko vela minut a tipuejm ze urcite okolo 48:)

Ale fakt asi potrebujem poradit :D inak dik ze ste tu taki obetavi a radite takym degesom jak ja :D

Sanca, ze by striedali PRESNE tak, aby odohrali 48 minut kazdy, je minimalna.

Mam to overene, ver mi :P.

Je to mozne IBA ak ho das hrat bez nahradnika a dufas, ze nepochyta fauly. Vtedy je to teoreticky mozne ale radsej skus trenovat 5 v 3 zapasoch za tyzden. To sa kludne da.

a teraz som zmateny,ako mam trenovat 5 hracov? ked trenujem C a PF,ako to mam urobit aby to bolo 100% efektivne??

sry hram to len od soboty som ete mierne mimo:)ale inak je to super! len ete musim mierne pochopit niektore veci:)

Hras 3 zapasy tyzdenne, to je 288 minut na trenovanie. Ak trenujes 5 hracov pocas 3 zapasov -> Priemerne 57,6 minut na jedneho a kedze hrac potrebuje 48 min na trening, tak sa to da.
