I used owayo http://www.owayo.com/basketball.htm, and then downloaded them, and then used paint for some of them. I also got some images from google images.
And about the hockey jersey, I kind of did that on purpose because I think hockey jerseys look cool.

Yeah, you're right. Most hockey jerseys look nice. It was just a little confusing me at first.
