i haven't been able to do a midseason update. But i think the time has come to do a quick one:

Blue side:
It's looking pretty clear who going to the PO's. Tumas and Beerschot are certainties at this point. Behind them, there are asically 4 times fighting for 2 PO spots. Insane Hangtime & Yolymapa got a 2 game cushion on Poperinge & Pongo. It's very surprising to see one of the best teams from last season, with close to the same roster, being out of the PO spots. The PD series this season are going to be VERY brutal, cause Poperinge and Pongo would be making the PO's on the red side

7th place is likely for CSE. he's got the weakest squad, but don't count him out. Injuries can change the course of a team, so he's just waiting to capitalise on any mistake.

BC Pret Rakket has been hammered all season and will be going back down to III (hopefully with a nice draft pick)



Red side
The usual suspects are up there. Krilfonius only forgot to set up his tactics once this season (i reckon the game against CSE is where he forgot to set up his team). So he's taking the top spot. HR has downscaled a bitt, but considering the lead he's gotten, he's guaranteed to be second and coast into the PO's with yet another home game in the QF.

Behind the top 2 teams, it's a brawl for the other spots. So far, my ducks have been able to hold on for dear life. The wins against TC and HR put us in a pretty solid spot. All that would be needed to secure a PO spot is beating Marteko next week. Speaking of TC, i feel like his squad is losing skills fast with his current age. If he falls out of the PO's, then i fear he could very well be relegated. He needs to rejuvante his squad, but he'll have to do that in the off season.

Marteko is on the hunt and could win 3 games out of the next 5. his hardest games will be the away games at HR and D². if he can win 4, he'll be in the PO's. But he could also win 1 or 2 and be in a very hard PD series. And then there is Amenra, he bought a player i would have bought if i were in a Promotion push. I considered adding him to the team to move on from one of my guards, but in the end i decided not to go in just yet. Amenra has made the investment and will want to get out, but that loss of Marteko makes things complicated. He still has to face the top 3 of the division. He'd need 4 wins and for TC to win no more than 1 game (against Knokido).

After that there is VV. A team who i've expect to go down hard. But the away games against Marteko and Amenra are going to be hard to win. He basically needs to win all of his remaining games to make the PO's. It's not impossible, but having to play away against Marteko, Amenra and TC, it makes things very hard.

And then there was Knokido, who fought bravely, but will be going back down to III.

My predictions:
PO's for Tumas, Beerschot, Insane hangtime & Poperinge.
PO's for Krilfonius, HR, D² and Marteko.

PD series will be: Yolymapa vs VV
PD series 2: Pongo vs Amenra
PD series 3: CSE vs TC

And i think that whoever is in the PD series will want to avoid Pongo at all costs. He's got the strongest team
