Hello everyone, I’m the Turkey U21 national coach, and I’d like to address a small but recurring issue — hopefully with a bit of humor so it doesn’t sound too heavy.

It seems that one of my best big men was bought by a experienced Serbian coach. Unfortunately, since his transfer, the player has been making extra shift every week so that his teammates do not get tired. His game shape has stayed low, and his development has stalled.

I’ve sent a private message, but apparently my note is still travelling through cyberspace. So I thought I’d cry here, in case the coach (or someone who knows him) might gently remind him that Bolat needs a little love and attention. As a reminder, we do not play before final, if the motivation is this.

We all invest time in developing our young players, and it’s always disappointing when a talent is left to collect dust instead of shine. I’d truly appreciate any effort to give this guy the attention he deserves.

This is just a kind reminder, not an accusation to the U-21 staff or your community. I just feel sad because it's annoying to experience the same thing two seasons in a row. I hope nobody feels offended after this message, thanks for your understanding.

Hello, I saw that the owner is Thunderballs. I can write to him, checking what is happening. So, he is not trained, and his game shape is bad?

I didn't check with whom we are playing, as a Serb, I cannot afford that, meaning that we twice fell short in the first elimination game in real life.

For me this looks like how this manager is playing, he has 4 players with game shape 7.

Nevermind, I think it won't help, it was not like this for the previous and his team was in good GS in general. Thanks for your efforts anyway.

Dragi poštovaoci virtualnog menadžera igre pod koševima,

Danas nas očekuje težak meč protiv reprezentacije Ukrajine. Imaju jako dobru generaciju, sa par teškaša ispod koša.

Nažalost, ukoliko prođemo dalje, tamo nas čeka reprezentacija Poljske koja će bez većih problema sa TIE da prođe Meksiko jer je Meksiko utrošio sav entuzijazam kako bi izbacio Portugal.

Dakle, današnjeg protivnika moramo da rešimo bez zalaganja, nošeni samo publikom, ali verujemo u naše Orliće i u čelična krila naše armije navijača
