Pretty much what Griffin said.

When I went all in for Denny Hall I had a couple million in the bank but not enough to get him. I barely lost in my finals last year (4th quarter comeback by the other guy in game three) despite gutting my team. If I had kept things intact and bought another player or two, I probably would've been in Div II this year.

I'll get to Div II, although now it probably won't be this season-there are some excellent Div III teams in my league. That's going to hurt the bottom-line for sure. However, there aren't going to be many players as good or as well-rounded as Denny Hall by the time I'm through with him. He will be a beast.

May be he just want some attention since he is not getting any from his own country. Stupid or not, we all have the passion to play this game and trying to build a team to compete night in and night out.

Back to the original DIII topic, I have to say that teams relegate back to DIII will find themselves harder to get back to DII due to the increasing quality of better basketball management overall in Canada...
