This season I entered into a million dollar rebuild of my stadium under the advice of kwaiwah.

It had been two years since i had done any construction and I actually found building the process of stadium quite enjoyable.

I dont think that yourself or i would gain anything by removing some of the excess bleachers that we both have.

looking at your stadium, I believe that you need to make some changes to your ticket prices to better optimise your gate receipts

Lower Tier : 4500 (Current Price: $50) - id suggest $47 or $46 would be a better price
Courtside Seats : 500 (Current Price: $200) - id suggest $180
Luxury Boxes : 50 (Current Price: $1200) - id suggest around $950 (possibly less)

I had always thought that the fixing of ticket prices had been a strength of my own, but kwaiwah is greatly superior to myself at this skill and has turned it into a science

I think removing seats is one of the suggestions which are super-easy to implement and everybody should like since it's simply an extra option you give to managers. They just need to change the arena construction so that you can put negative numbers in the form (and pay the usual price to remove as you would pay to add).

I'll have a look at that. I only bumped up my ticket prices last season, but even then what I went from is higher than you suggest.
The bump moved me from around breaking even, to getting a near-40k per week.

With the extra lower tier & luxury boxes I have put in, the increase in bleachers prices and the dropping of prices for Lower tier and Luxury boxes, im hoping to increase my gate receipts from 580 K to around 640 K.

Yes my average gate receipt was around 580K last season before I started to redevelop my stadium

Second Team:
The Vikings
I have another point qhich can be changed. After this draft I just saw again how many high-potential players are drafted by Bots. The idea is to bring back MVP- and Hall-of-Fame-Draftpicks, drafred by bots back to the transferlist. This will help also the Micronations to build good NT-Teams.
I promoted just from a botleague and i saw at least 3 hall-of-famer and 2 MVP's that are lost ...

Something else (that I've proposed before) would be to attempt to ensure that new managers experience as much success as possible early on.
Currently, new managers are put into the highest possible league with openings (ostensibly to eliminate bot owners in these higher leagues). This makes success early on (something I believe to be crucial to retain owners) difficult - if you end up in that situation. Reversing this - having new managers start in the lowest available league for that nation - would give the owners early successes (even if it comes against bots), and that would help retention of new managers. Additionally, it's a more forgiving environment for them to learn, and develop their managerial chops before heading to tougher competition.
Just a thought...

There HAS to be something that can be done to improve substitutions - minutes played. Like assigning each player target minutes per game (0-5, 5-10, 10-15, etc.). I was called a "lazy" manager in the new Season 30 update for using blank lineups, but the truth is I didn't like using blank lineups. The only reason I did is because the amount of minutes starters play in the game is horrendous. Even my mediocre stamina PG played 40 minutes last night. Now I have to bench my two best players EVERY OTHER GAME just to keep their game shape up.

If there is not going to be anything done about this I have another suggestion. Any manager at any time is allowed to reduce the stamina for any player on his team for free. JUST reduce, not increase. For example, if I have a player that has Proficient stamina I can permanently reduce it to mediocre or inept, but once it is reduced the only way I can increase that players stamina is thru training. Sometimes you find the "perfect" player on the transfer list, but his stamina is prominent, proficient, or strong (a bad thing ONLY in buzzerbeater), and you know you will never get the most out of that player because either A: you play him every game and he's only half as productive as he should be because of sub-par game shape, B: you play him every other game to keep game shape high, or C: bring him off the bench. None of these are realistic options.

This is a great game and sure there are many small things that can be improved here and there, but to me this is a GLARING weakness of the game.

I agree with your sentiment about the substitutions patterns and the high nbr of minutes its caused starters.to get.

I fear it will heavily favour those who just train gameshape which sadly is one way around the problem.

overall im saddened that their has been no announcement on an "app" and other improvements that were put forward in this thread.

The one positive is that the "problem" of high minutes for starters is equally lumbered on all and I guess there is a challenge to restructure a roster to suit this change in the game.

Sadly I think its just going to give those who train game shape a huge advantage
