Also, my regular starting PF is strong (low) GS and the proficient GS player who likely take over as for him starter is a completely different player. Less inside oriented. A bit more outside oriented.

Not sure I have the balls to use motion but it's awfully tempting.

I love motion as an offense but it is hard to not look inside in huge game like this. Trust your gut, if you are anything like me you will probably change tactics three or four times more. Good luck and congrats on making it to the big game.

I suppose runner-up is more than I expected. I never expected to win with all the luck components involved in staying injury free and winning tight games. It's just shameful that human error and not luck possibly cost me the title. My honest assessment was that my semi-finals opponent was my big game, and I completely forgot my championship opponent would have two additional games more than me to build enthusiasm (including the day before the game - which is huge). I thought it was just one extra game.

Apparently that game was like 7.5 enthusiasm against 11.5-12 game shape according to my opponent. His game shape was also pristine. That beats high salary every time.

I need some Canadian trainees now. So, so badly.

Second Team:
Canada Purple Haze BC
If I win Naismith and that appears to be the direction
I know it is my duty to compete in B3
sadly my top players going into the next season will all be over 32 years of age
as the season winds they obviously will lose skills and value.

My original plan was going for the championship in 2 more seasons
but it killed me knowing last season was there for the taking and I let it go
so when I saw the opening in this one I went for it
Hey, who doesn't want their team's name on the big trophy.

I've still got $$$ in the bank, wanted to pocket a whole lot more and train
get ready for a multi season run...
However, here I am

Any advice from you or any other team from Canada on a reasonable immediate direction would be helpful

If you want a chance at winning B3, you basically need to conserve expenses and finish group stage at 7-1. So wait for your B3 draw first.
