The biggest change I want to see is that 19 year olds should have a better chance of having higher starting skills than respectable, say, at most strong. Otherwise what's the point of drafting an 19 year old?

why cant our scouts scout someone like that and not give me a bunch of 1 ball potential or 1 ball skilled players
