To me this threat makes no sense anymore......on the one hand side people from macro nations want to merge smaller countries, because they think that then their team will get a boost because the prices on the transfer market will go down and on the other hand side managers from micro nations don't want to merge, because they are mostly happy with the status quo.

I brought up the idea of merging all countries to form bigger nations....suddenly nobody comment on that because also the macro nation managers then fear of losing their league status.

I have no problem with merging but to be fair....it should not only affect the micro nations....I want all BB countries to merge....f.e. USA+CAN; Germany+Swiss+Austria; Belgium+Netherlands+Luxemburg, etc.

If the merger is impossoble to do, I'd be in favor of a new league structure. Like 1-1-2-2 or something like that, this would at least guarantee a full DIV 2 in my country (unless some more users quit).

Most complaints against a possible merger come from those who are well established, have access to B3 and fesr losing their pole position. In fact this should be encouraging to do some mergers...

I really do not understand the managers who repeat at will that micro's managers are responsible for the inflation of the market. Since the beginning of BB, the micro's managers were there and surely more numerous than today. Although the economic issue is much more recent.
I am convinced that the inflation is due to the utopia's managers who know well the functionning of BB. A significant part of them decided to tank and concentrate money during their first seasons. They are the ones who most disturb the market with flooding quantities of money for the last two seasons.
Just compare the number of managers in each group : 1000 in utopia's vs around 400 in micro's. In addition I am pretty sure that the percentage of active managers who master the game is far higher in utopia than in micros.
To sum up, blaming the micro's managers for the economic pains is far too easy, and above all unfair and counterproductive.

you have been in your countries top division every single season...wtf are you talking about dude you get the most money possible in the game and you dont even have to field a team to get it, how is this not an advantage?

What???

Friend, first of all you should look at the history of my team.
I'm playing from season 4 and not everything was a bed of roses.

:)

i take a look at your transfer list, you buy players and sell them always at half price (many one week after) and you pretend to lay in a bed of roses? :D you really have not idea about what mean play with income of IV/V serie where you most fight for save 10k

???????

Do you have seem my transfer list?? I think you have seen a wrong user .

And if i buy for x € and sell for y its mi problem

You have to be careful with this. If you bid on a player with an extreme bid, are the only bidder, and then sell 9 days later for half, it raises concerns that you may be boosting a team out of financial distress as a favor. I dunno or care for your specific situation, i'm just stating that i've heard of people getting fined for that.

In any event, if micronations want to remain micro on the whole, then it's not a great decision to group them for the game. Losing another 250-300 managers isn't a great way to 'fix' the game.

Financials based on what we've requested from other managers in micro's already on the US side of things, i can say with certainty that the rigors of performing in a nation with at least two complete tiers of competition is way more expensive. I have long since suggested that there are people who claim other smaller nations so that they can powerhouse and look to matchup more effectively on the b3 level. I can actually name at least two of them currently residing in the US but claiming other nationalities. Additionally, the BB world has dropped 5000-7000 active users, another 5000 or so farms, and 5000-6000 part time players since i initially climbed from D.V in the US on the Bellyachers. With that team, there were 3-4 teams in D.V active, D.IV was like 15/16 fully active and trying, though some were simply not good, and then D.III was a dog fight. I am playing now in D.IV with half of the salary that i used to need to promote to D.III, and save for a thrown game due to a messed up lineup card of my own doing, it's been a cakewalk because half the D.IV teams are now gone. So i am able to save up 1m in finances more than i would have previously.

I think that this is never a decision about making leagues for micro's so that they can feel like they can compete, this is more of a decision to try and fix finances rather than adjusting the game engine to give reduced TV money and other things in micro's. I'm 100% certain that the decision is made and this is all just a false front to make us feel important based on the way that the cap on cash was done, so it's a waste for me to really give honest solutions.

well, 6 whole seasons in your countries 2nd division and 25 in your countries 1st league, sure no bed of roses.
YOU even Bot Promoted multiple times hah

Perhaps you should look at your own history before making such a foolish comment, you spent nomore then 1 season in a row at ANY point in your countries d.2, meaning you started the game off making more money then someone in a larger country and have made more money then someone started at the same time as you but in a larger country SOLELY based on the fact there is no competition for you to play, such a hard life you led.

This is why i dont understand how you or any micro nation user can be against a merging of leagues for micro nations, Whats the point of the game if you just sit there playing bots and collecting $$?

Going back to Scotland, the 4 most recently created teams are between 178 days old and 765 days old. None of those 4 have connected in the last 50 hours. Well, it's not entirely true, we have two teams less than 100 days, but they will become bot next Monday (so after 42 days of inactivity). New teams do not stick in Scotland. Sure, some responsiblities lie on BB, but some lie on the format of the competition in Scotland.

Now the more shocking fact for me is that in 178 days ONLY 4 teams in Scotland registered a new team!

So we are making the merge to have more competition for new teams.....for lets say 8 new teams joining per year.?!? are you kidding me....out of this 8 maybe 2-3 would have stopped the game anyway....so what are we talking about??

The problem is not the competition.....the main issue is to get more people in the GAME. Thats not a competition issue thats an advertising issue....
