from my point of view, a player could be easily stuck in progress in the following situation:

potential: 11, top skill: 20
potential: 10, top skill: 19
potential: 9, top skill: 18
potential: 8, top skill: 17

this is my personal opinion from my experience.
one of the best players I saw with potential 8:

11-8

1-6 is a very bad result. we finish 6 out of 8 teams.
we are not capable of win the way we did, without our best player, Yohannes Vatland (17632790), that is now with 35 years old.

Norge needs fresh players, with sum skill around 120-130 (SS10).

I will try to improve on the Consolation Tournament. until then, I can assure we will play all Scrimmage so your team may continue to receive the merchandising.

right now, we are very short for position 2 and 3. still, some identified as 1 often play on position 2. we don't have a strong player for position 2 and 3. however in the database we got some nice players with 22-24 years old that might join NT in a near future.

if anyone wants the following player, the owner might sell him. it will be one of the best Norwegian players if well trained:

this Season Norge won't reach TOP32 in Consolation Tournament.

the schedule was pretty bad as we need to play with the following ranked Country's:
1, 6, 20, 40, 41, 43, 47, 49.

best option will be to win some of the home games and try to keep our rank as good as possible.
the good news is that we got some nice young players improving for Norge NT future.

New season, new management. Thanks all (6) for your votes.

After reviewing the squad, I see that there are holes to be filled. The squad is getting old, so an overhaul is soon needed. With that said, and looking at the schedule, I hope and think there are possibilities to get a few good results in the upcoming season.

We are the second lowest ranked team in our group, so for sure, we are not going to be favourites in many games, but that might not always be bad (just look at Hungary...).

I will now start to try and get an overview of the players we have at hand, and then report back on what my expectations are.

was hard to compete on the elections with a top Norwegian user.

keep the good work, U21 are working well and some 22yo are getting very strong and will be the future of Norge NT.

Congratulation winning the election, and of course good luck

Many thanks also to GM-dELUXE who has did a great job with the NT the last seasons.

It's a tough job leading the Norway NT, with a small database and few users. But we do have many promising youngsters now, who's now 19-21 yo, so I'm positive we get a strong NT in the future

Første kamp unnagjort.

Treningskamp, så ikke så mye å rope hurra for, selv om vi slo et vesentlig høyere ranket lag; Portugal, nr 47.

Målet med kampen var egentlig bare å sjekke hvordan ulike spillere responderte, og hvordan spillere kan "pares" for å oppnå noen synergier. De fleste var i vante roller, men noen fikk spille litt ut av posisjon for å sjekke om dette er noe vi kan utnytte. Jeg tror kampen viser at vi bli være tunge på innsiden med litt forward-overvekt (damn it, høres nesten ut som Høgmo, men skal ikke begynne å prate om presshøyde o.l riktig ennå).

Jeg er fornøyd med ratingene, og jeg setter stor pris på spillere som Ringen og Lohne, som har overvekt av skills på hhv inn- og utsiden og er enere der, men som likevel er rimelig balanserte. Et par av C'erene er også fint balanserte og kan gi ganske mye muligheter og fleksibilitet.

Synes det ser ok ut, selv om en 4-5 av gutta er i 33-34 årsalderen og dessverre i ferd med å nå middagshøyden.

Neste uke er det Sveits som star på andre siden - det blir tøft, men satser på å ha et slagkraftig lag klart til kamp.
