the aging thing bothers me the most. I've spent nearly all my time in this game training players to their max potential...from starters up to HOF'ers. I've trained a number of guys through 29-30 years of age to hit the goals I set for them when I first drafted or purchased them. You spend years training and then you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor for 9 months or so. At that point, they begin losing skill and a tremendous amount of value. Not asking for much but give me a solid year to enjoy the guy at least and bump the age limit up

I totally understand this. Maybe skills should start dropping at 35 instead of 33. One spend years training a player and after comes the big question: do I sell him and get a huge profit for the player I’ve been investing all my trainings, or do I keep him, enjoy his 1-2 seasons at top level but after I sell him for a low price??

The Warriors are not paying Durant when he's injured, insurance does. So if doctors are no insurance against injuries then let me pay a premium for not paying 200k salary to NT players when they go down and I might just do it. The 250k cost of carry including missed merchandising (probably more actually) is more unrealistic than injuries.

And while we are at it then, how about getting a free random player like the ones assigned to new teams if one of your designated starters go down? Teams in the real world can always pick up free agents from the waivers NBA also has two-way and non guaranteed contracts so if you want to go down the way of making longer injuries then I want some flexibility in picking up scrubs to fill the roster other than the TL.

and yes, 3 week injury with a lvl 7 doctor is a big no-no. Of the 13 3 week injured players right now, 1 had a lvl 2 doctor, 1 had a lvl 3 and 1 had a lvl 4, the rest all had lvl 1. The player I linked above makes no sense whatsoever, but I have not seen a 5 week injury in a long long time. To me lvl 1 doctors should have higher chance of injury AND longer periods. 5 weeks was about right as a cap as the player would miss about half of the regular season including rehab, but not for higher level doctors.

The effect size of the staff used to be small
You have no idea of what you're talking about and your post has nothing to do with injuries.

lol an average daytrader who thinks he's figured out something. Delusional. Try winning in D1 while training, before talking to me, but yes, it's not like I would expect someone like you who was not even able to do it in D3 and D2 to ever attempt to win while training. In fact, by the look of it you're not even capable to do this in D4 and you have trained 0 players on you main team. Sad, very sad.

In any case you may work on your math and your understanding of the game. Doctors are not signed for free. Doctors don't work for free. Level 7 doctors should be better than lvl 3 doctors. This should all very easy to understand to anyone with half a brain but evidently not you. And yet you do use a lvl 3 doctor...chapeau.

0 titles, 0 cups, 1 runner up, 0 players trained and yet he still talks. What did they feed you as a baby? Seems to have long lasting effects.

If you want a challenge try to train 3 18yos single position (no dumping 2 trainees in the scrimmage) in D1 and see if you can stay up. Or train 400k salary out of position and see if you can stay up. What's the challenge in stockpiling cash and assets, without even winning anything?

But the difference is not enough to be appreciable without a sensitive study.
Why are you talking if you don't know? Do you even know why you chose a lvl 3 doctor or you're just winging it because you know you're not able to successfully do anything other than trading anyway?
