To all the voter's, i hope that what i am trying to say to all of you is clear and now you know my plans and my dedication to this national team. i will do my best to accomplish our goal to top.

one of my plan is to us to know and scout our probable opponents in our next game's. now i am scouting some of the players in the national team that we have faced last season. with the like's of rudolph radford (5888983) in the center position of australia, he was against our own center wilmer musa (9640395). in the last international game against australia, musa has no match against radford. while in the earlier matches against iranian center nacer hamour (8939181), musa did preety well. what i have said earlier in my posted messages to all of you, there is the importance of scouting our opponents. so now against the more versatile and skilled player like radford, we must have a player that also have the same skill in our team. so i hope all of you are getting my point, that i will do my best to prepare and guide this national team to get the championship, so i hope in your vote i will be the next gm of this national team

maybe if you just read my message by now you wont see the skills of the players involved in this message. but i just saved their general skills in my opponents list to be scouted. so i hope it will help us to adjust to our tactics plan in the future. (they were in the transfer list earlier)

Hindi ka rin bumanggit ng future ng players natin unlike the other one. Mas ok yung NT manager na may pakialam sa U21 team natin kesa sa nagfofocus lang sa "tactics" sa laro.

No offense. Tactics, Strategies, Scouting the opponent are common in handling a team. Even a newbie can do that. Tell us what Special you can do.

Well if you ask me about the U21 team, I also care for that team, I am also reviewing what else what help can I do in that category. But one of my plans is to help them and their GM to train them in their full potentials. I know I have lots of things to learn in this game, that's why I really need also your help and the help of other veteran GM's. Thank you.

If any of us win, the GM of this National Team. I hope you will support him and help him to reach our goal, even me if I wont win this I will still support who ever wins. If you have any opinion or advices, just send him your messages. I think it will be a great help to our National Team.
I really really also like the other candidate plans to this National Team. He give's me idea's and also I am learning to what he is planning to do in his tenure as a GM of this National Team.

And CAN you promise to have statements and press release's before & after the game? with notables of both positive & negative comments about how the team has played?

Sorry ngayon pa lang makakasagot.

Para kay ghazny. Malakas naman talaga si Placer. Pero kailangan muna natin ikumpara ang skills nya sa last season's starter na si Genzola at sa back-up na si Villacorta. Of course im expecting Placer to have great skills, dahil ikaw din ang nagtrain kay Millares na nasa line-up ng NT ngayon. But will see. Sabi ko nga, we will consider other players aside from the players currently in the line up. Maraming salamat sa iyong katanungan.

Sa katanungan naman ni Jepoi patungkol sa credentials, although kahit hindi nagchampion ang team ko last season sa League III.15, pero nadala ko ang team ko sa finals with only 185k total player salary, with a 29k SG as the highest paid player. Mababa compared sa League average that time.

Para naman sa tanong ni Nz. Yan ang isa sa kulang last season, at yan ang lagi nating gagawin ngayon para sa pagpukaw ng interest sa ating NT. But our press releases, will be kept very general in nature. No mentions of skill levels and tactics. These will be discussed in an "offsite" forum.

hahahaha..alam ko fafs kailangan talaga i-compare c placer sa ibang player ng NT.hahahaha
hindi naman ako naga-expect eh..just hoping lang.hahahaha

Sa ngayon nasa 18 ang roster ng NT. Kung mananalo ako, im planning to trim it down to 14-15 and just call up if we we will have problems with GS.
