Hello, I stand as a selector of the U21 from Japan. My name is Moonlight33, Spanish and I'm 2 seasons with my team. On my first season first I got a promotion and in this second one I’ve achieved the 2nd place in general and reach the semifinals.
Staff
As my fellow co-selector squallleonhart will make a great job helping in all general aspects.
Later would have a minimum of 5 scouts, one for each position and public relations for the forum.
Communication
In the forum we will debate issues on the selection. My hope is that all of you participate to make the U21 much stronger.
Aim
The U21 principal objective will be to obtain complete players who can reach the absolute choice, obviously without neglecting the results, which will try to get as far as possible.
Players
We mainly be sought players from 20 and 21 years (not selected with the absolute) to obtain the best possible results in international tournaments. It also sought players from 18 and 19 years with projected future, and always willing to assist as far as training or concerns that may arise.
Method of game
We will be sought to have the greatest possible variety of tactics to cope with the tactic specifies each match depending on the opponent and the way he play.
