I am excited to submit my application for the head coach position of the Switzerland National Basketball U21 team. With over 10 years of coaching experience, I have previously served as the head coach for the Hong Kong U21 team, achieving outstanding results and developing several talented players.
I specialize in tactical strategies, utilizing mismatches and various counter-strategies to give our team an edge during competitions. Currently, I am the head coach of "天與咒縛" in the top league of Hong Kong, where I lead the team to pursue greater challenges. Under my guidance, I have trained players such as Lai Biu and Fung Ming Hop, who have showcased exceptional skill and potential.
If given the opportunity, I am committed to developing the talents of the Switzerland U21 national team and nurturing more outstanding young players to contribute to the future of basketball in our country.
