I think he's already good at skills that you want to train. But also you need to train JR and PA until he reachs 12-13 and when he finished these trainings he will be 24. I don't think it's worth to train IS because of age and height penalty. Maybe you can have 1 or 2 pops at best. If i were you i would cap him by training JR and PA and move on to the younger one to train 1 on 1 and JS forwards so he could have much more IS than this one.
