After taking a timeout of the NT-business I'd really like to take care of Islands National Team. I've managed both national teams of Cymru before (U21 team first and NT team). I have been playing a lot in the German II.1 but relegated down to Div. 3 some time ago. Right now I'm mostly concentrating on training.
I have brought a lot of players into the German U21 team and even trained Marko Tieg into the German NT team.
If you'd give me your vote I'd do my best to get in contact with all managers of players that might play in the NT team. Then I'd probably choose 12-14 players, leaving some open spots if players need to be saved during a season. If you'd like to have some stats about the games - no problem.
