If you mean the past 7 weeks he has been training Inside Defense for C, I can only count 6 training weeks since he switched from two position c/pf (not sure what you trained here) to c single position. (75772066) and (75772058) were played in the same week.

Besides that, I can only take you for your word in that there was no mistake in your training settings and that you have used Inside Defense C on all your previous 6 weeks.

was performing 2 position training, then the speed will be much slower.

Cap is 27.26 on 28/30 that is the range.

And a high sublevel of IS plus RB could push that 27.26 above 28. I don't know if that is the case here, but it's especially unfortunate if he's entirely capped since he'll never be able to train enough passing to have his first career assist.

I'm afraid you'll just have to be a bit more patient and trust the previous owner a bit less. Not a bug.
