I use IE on win7 and java not disabled.

cookies always get cleaned.

I try different players all the time.

Screenshot, I don't know how to do that. Let me know how and I will send a couple.

Please try another browser like Chrome or Mozilla. We highly recommend not using IE since many issues arise with it.
