I'd +1 this too but I already did on your arena answer. Thanks again.

A followup question: Would you train your secondaries to about half of what you would want before or after you already get the primaries, or would you do it was you go along, like in this magical scenario, I get my inside skills all to pop from 7 to 8 so then the next week go back to get all my secondaries up from 3 to 4 as I go along, or is it kind of a play by ear kind of thing?

You can do that, but I personally would do, for example, primaries first, then secondaries. Or secondaries first and primaries second.

Depends on what is more important to you; training or winning games. If you want to win as many games as quickly as possible (or get your guy in the NT), go for primaries first. The thing is, training secondaries goes very slow when the trainees are older, and if you've promoted in the meantime you dont want to train your guys out of position because it makes your team weaker.

If you want the optimal training, you should do secondaries first. However, then they become useful for games later in their career. So, what I do is I mix it. I try to train secondaries when I can, when I got 2 easy games or ones that I can't win. If I got tough games I train primaries. I've beem thinkong about getting 1 different trainee (1 guard when you train 2 C's), which you can play in 1 game you need to win when you train secondaries.

Well I have a PF right now and in the division I'm in I seem to be able to win games regardless of who is playing PG so far so I think I'll stick with the secondaries at the start of the season and then maybe switch to correct position training when the playoffs come around just to be safe.
