His speech and your little "additional speech" sound very good to me. And it's also a good sign that Mod-red alert has been on the forums during the past couple of seasons. If I had a vote, he'd definitely get it - he seems to be someone who can continue the good work Samu has done and Calvin Harris kind of started (of course together with Calum who has had a huge impact on the NT and the community as far as I can follow).

I figure I will say this to the guys applying anyone who follows the scottish community will tell you that we aren't the biggest community in bb nor are we the most active (maybe an understatement) so the need to send private mail to speak about players development, minutes, ect so it may be a longer and more tedious job than some may expect but this is information you will need to understand if you choose to take on the job.

As you may sometimes not get the recognition and support you need for doing a great job.

Thanks for the early vote of confidence! My friends will tell you i'm used to sending mails out, i mail Morwood about my u21 players weekly with stat updates so this is nothing new to me. I'm definitely ready for the challenge of taking the reigns of this team. Following on from a successful manager just gives me even more fire to do well and prove myself as a rightful National manager!
