Dear Managers,
Last two seasons I have had the opportunity to manage the English U21 team. I took a lot of pleasure helping the team achieve its goals and I think we did it quite well. In season 12 we finished 5th of Group C in the European Tournament behind teams like Lietuva or Israel; but more important, we had the same record as Russia and Bosnia (two teams that have always had better players than we do). In season 13 we stranded in the second round against a very tough Polish team.
I would be very glad to continue the job you have assigned me two seasons ago. For this reason I decided to run for the U21 elections.
Now, my aims for the next two seasons are the same as they were in my first term: try to bring the England U21 squad one step higher than last season. Therefore I will need your help. Indeed, a manager can't do anything without good players. And you will be in charge of their training. Of course, as was the case during my first term I will always be ready to help you find the prospect (or experienced player) you need, give you some advise on how to train your players most efficiently, or give some advise to new managers who are not yet used to the different tools they will find on Buzzer Beater.
I hope you'll put your thrust in me for another term.
If ever you would have any questions, feel free to ask them on the National Team Debate Thread and I will answer them as soon as I read them.
Good luck in the upcoming season,
Good luck to all candidates,
Mister Q
