well i'll summarise it for ya

my side got off to a very quick start taking a good 1st qtr lead. with your side steadying to bring it to only 6 at the half. (i think). it was kept tight all through the 3rd and then you crushed me in the 4th. big difference was my teams lack of range in shooting and a massive problem with free throw shooting in the last.

i saw durstein to be the player i need to stop, so concentrated on him but he caused chaos and won you that game i suspect.

Thanks bainstnator88 but until I have a decent PG I aren't above you. I have given this a lot of thought and one of my trainees must go. Three is one too many. I have solid C, PF and SG. SF is mediorce but my backup SG is an ok SF and I have a real SF who is not as good but better rounded, but PG is a disaster with the three young 18 and 19 year old trainees. I am bidding on an established PG right now and if I can eventually get a good one that will change things a great deal. We shall see what I can get, wish I still had my millions from last season but the arena needed a lot of work.

my pg is only 21 so i wouldnt say i would be infront of you. i really need a sg but i am not making much money atm. i shouldve held off on buying my players for a few more weeks so i had enough to get a good old sg. but i was really feeling the pressure after starting 0-4. guess ill have to wait and see how it pans out

3 trainees is perfect :D think long term, not short term... those trainees will be alot more beneficial in 2-3 seasons time, than they are now, or an established PG will be. Train 3, sell 1 keep 2... it might take 2 seasons, but the rewards will be worth it..
You can make a profit on a trainee, but u wont get ur cash back on a player you buy...

Yeah right, he did a good game, he has been a little slow to find his groove this season and I imagine that has to do with the opposition defence but hey, he has finally found proficient GS and hopefully will continue on his way.

I think you still have a good chance bains, your team will still be working each other out. I don't think anyone should be getting to set in their ways yet, we have more then half a season to go and I am sure plenty of changes throughout the league, hey I am happy with my team but not sure that the current list will be the exact team I finish the season with... :)

looking forward to see what the rest of the season brings for your team. they are in the middle of a tough 4 game run, so good luck with the next few games. they should be exciting and hopefully the title contenders from blue side throw some major punches.

my predictions for tonight are:

Plebs crush CRE by 48

Beasts probably still too good for Be High by 16

The Lakeshow to climb into a playoff spot after beating Freesky by 19

Falcons get their 3rd win over tigbots by 36

ACT far too strong at home for the Rangas... 32

Many Men are on a high and are dreaming of beating the Dreamers by 29

Hippos will face the one man army of Pabich and take it by 22

This is an interesting one. The spartans seem like the favourite pick but i think Sammydog has a bit of promise and will scrape through by 7

ACT looks very hot in all of this with best defence, best ratings and 3rd best offence. Also impressive are the Bainsynators plebs and Beasts Red. As usual the cut price Rangas somehow feature. Some really interesting ones, for example the Sparting pass the ball very well, CRE Towers score like crazy and the Hippos are the rebound kings.
