If I would choose his primary skills it would be JS IS OD ID

Thank you for replying! Let's say that my 20 y.o. player have 12 IS and 12 ID. What must be my target OD so that he will be converted from C to SF. Is it 8? Or 10?

You don't have to worry about what is says next to the player. You can play whoever at whatever position. It's just based on his skills he is listed as center.
And to answer the OD question ...depends on what potential your player is.

Is this training thread still taking people?

I've been in Div III for 3 seasons now and finished in the playoffs nearly every time and am trying to promote. I keep coming up against better teams unfortunately.

I have 3 PGs, 2 SGs, 7 PFs and a C. So lots of out of position players.

Any ideas or mentoring would be helpful.

The problem is your Arena, you don't make enough money with it. Ask higher prices. Only 72K a week won't help you build a stronger team.
It will also allow you to spend some money on scouting. As your league has a lot of bots, chances are that you'll get a decent player if you spend some money on it. You can train and sell them or maybe sell them right away. Better than firing your 3 draftees, what you did this season. They are also good for game attendance so that way you can ask for those higher ticket prices.
As for this season, you might reach your conference final but in the blue conference 2 teams are too strong. It's best if you first increase your income.
