i doubt that they changed something at the formula, the draftee are as good or as bad like every.

Some leagues have more luck(ie mine), other not but there will be always whinning.

The only difference is that the starting salary for the same skill got cheaper.

24 hours after the draft there are 608 players,18 or 19 years old, with MVP or better potential for sale, which is pretty much the same as one season ago, maybe even slightly more.

Thats definitely no change in the high potential percentage.

In my leage, draft is constant too...season 18: 1 HoF, 0 MvP, 1 Superstar; season 19: 0 HoF, 0 MvP, 2 Superstars; season 20: 1 HoF, 1 MvP, 2 Superstars

I just did the scouting for this season's Slovenian trainees and I was a bit disappointed. Out of 577 teams there are only 12 HoFs and 19 MVPs. There are 132 players with at least 3.5k salary and allstar potential.

132, really? Out of 1731 players? That's 7,6%. I expected more.

The salary changes generally have very, very, very little effect on low end players.

That said, Slovenia only had 8 HOF players >$3500 last season, so I'm not sure why these numbers seem so out of line to you. Looks like 24 MVP+ guys, so a bit of a drop there, but neither are all that different.

And by comparison...

Slovenia's 12 HOF players out of 1731 means one in every 144 players was 10+ pot, 3500+ salary.

The USA had 41 HOF players >3500 this season, with 2946 active teams (so 8838 drafted players), or 1 out of every 215 players, much worse than Slovenia.

edit: 1 out of every 225-250 definitely looks like the typical range (USA, China, Poland, Italy are all within it), so Slovenia actually looks like they got fairly lucky this season. Given an average yield, you'd only expect ~7.5 of these players-- to get 12 is way beyond expectation.

Actually the players with 3.5k salary and up were the ones up to superstar. For MVPs and HoFs, there was no minimum salary requirement because they all fall in category "NT potential".
