A league championship only shouldn't be the only up to increase competition.

It's not.

Then why debate my point? When you know isn't? You have also devalued your own point for the sake of a argument which was not needed. Imjs.

No one has to be 100% factually correct in assertion nor than they be in game like this with so much to learn, unknown. Most only know in assertion or trail and error but still its not pure fact, but only a morally based fact. Based on the rule guide , teams with 20+ win auto promote based on strength of team. Your debate is strength of league.

Now it can be mix of both, Which I do think it is.

I feel teams than have 20+ win over 3 seasons need to be promoted. You may argue promotion bring more money. My counter is his ticket prices sells wills still be better than a new comer or stagnant league teams, because he is stronger team in the league, with better players to boot. Winning games bring revenue. To keep them there winning creates economic imbalance. Maybe not on purpose by the managers.. Finances and revenue are real and need discussed a such. No team league economic structure, team by team is the same. Why talk about it like they are. Promotion money does nothing in a stronger leagues beside go to arena seats, if they are not to the higher league standards, which creates a debt.

We won the rebounding battle against California and it was a part of a scheme since my guessing is that California runs multiple tactics every game.

I like how you refer to me as California like no one else has that in their name. Quakes would likely be the better way to call my team.

Anyways, like all points made on the forums, you missed his point entirely. I would explain what he meant, but I would be wasting my time.

I hear a lot of managers say this same thing...then once promoted to div 3 it's a wrap...quickly. the competition can be brutal and then you find yourself selling the good players that got you promoted to buy older vets with some tsp left. Start looking attendance after awhile and then you're wishing you can have a redo lol...my experience was totally mismanaged but lessons learned. Now I am building up a few player to be more than capable handling the promotion whenever it happens. I am in no hurry at all. I'm back in div 4 and building up. But you have a nice squad and may be competitive depending what league you promote to. Currently....I'm just experimenting and training to where I'll have a pretty dominant team. Have a blast! Enjoy!

20k arena is Nice. Its been nice to see other managers hitting you up, some are very top notch managers who been doing this awhile and have given me some tips before. I am still learning new tricks on Training as that always seems to be a mystery to many of us training up. I like getting trainees who are pretty balanced so that way i'm not spending 2 plus seasons on 1v1 guards or forwards to start the elastic and train them to be good defense outside, and great offense inside and out and then follow advice on best ways to play what i have. Keep it up, its been nice reading your season of Trusting The Process!!

I don't think Elastic training is even worth it.

Are you serious? I remember seeing you constantly on the offsite training diaries. I would think you were all about training to get the effect up?? Or am i wrong or brainwashed thinking all trainees Must do a heavy dose of 1v1 before anything else?

Positional training and a little bit of outside skills training is the best training. I don't think elastic effect actually matters because you can pour positional training in on em and get the same results. I just learn elastic and never seen poorer results with my training. I am training bigs for the first time in 21 seasons. Their is a specific way to train but its more of a pattern in the way to go in positional training. Yes you been brainwashed because at one point their was tons of mis info on the site and that is why I say do a model and see what players you like for 6 months and keep within your target time range. You will get better results.

Myself as a future coach their is such thing as overtraining a player. Just look at documentations of the spurs system and why most NBA teams run a system. Myself I run a specific system that gets me these results I like limiting my players capabilities and potential to the point where I know what to the expect with the outcome. I use a lot of my time on here to get to know opponents and I do very little with gameplanning because my system prevents me from making errors in my lineup. My system also prevents me from having that one good MVP player but allows me to win in crucial situations for my team.
