There is no level of D3 they are all equal all the D2 are Equal and there is one Naismith so what Beener said D2

div. III.13 is pretty weak right now with 7 bot teams. any team could make a couple of pick ups and take it. maybe me ;)

The Dream Shakers are a really solid team, my money would be on them to stay perfect this season. I don't know any of the other teams that well, though.
