I agree that a one week free Supporter every three seasons or alike would most likely encourage people to actually buying it.


If they wanted more people to buy supporter, which I'm sure they do, this would be the smart way to go for them.

i was mod in the german forum before, and had to admit that it was a pretty easy work. You normally don't have to read every upcoming post, but the normal mods are quite forum active so that some of them will catch nearly all insults(and if not, they also get reported).

I never did the LA work before, but especially in the beginning is it a lot of work and also during the season you had to work a lot in a short time, and the LA tool is quite tricky since i at least chated with LA while they are worked on a translation ... Especially in occasion when they work, on a text which isn't released yet(like new season announcement) on english since they had to translate the text in small parts without a context. So they overworked it often after the release.


GM isn't also a hard work, deleting some messages and reading some bbmails of cheat reports is not a huge task...

did you was a gm? Reading those bbmails of cheat report take normally around 10 minutes with the task after it ;) And this goes additional to the duty of the Mods, even more since we had to look at decision of the mods when punishment might be needed.

I just spare my experience, about the job i had done and the mod work wasn't that hard or much of work.

in addition (and seriously) if mods are workers they deserve the support, if not are needed, then BB must quit them, i think its pretty easy, if exists -> support as all the rest of workers, if not support, they are not needed, and fire them ...



You got the answer from the GM's, most of the times they do the mod tasks.

The BB should share internals, on a global plattform if they do so the spanish BB wouldn't give you insights in spanish. And i think it is a thing about qualification and salary expectations(and how much time they have for this job), when the BB search for extra colleges.
