I'm not understanding!

I'll do a revolution in my team, and I'll have these players.

PG ---> Very good in offensive side. He'll have 9 or 10 of OD and something like 8 in pass, he'll just attack.
SG ---> Really very good, He'll have good passing, attack, and defense.
SF ---> Will not be good, They'll be my trainers.
PF ---> Just DEFENSIVE
C ----> Just DEFENSIVE

Is patient very good for my team? Or is a crap?

What´s the advantage of Patien? You use the best outside scoring option in your team and try to create a mismatch.
But when your Guards end up in taking all the shots, because your other players can´t shoot, then you won´t have any mismatch, and additionally no big difference to a Ptb or RnG tactic.
You should try it in a PL match and see if it works.
Your guards should better be decent passer and your perimeter shooting weapons are better placed at the 3, 4 or 5 to create the mismatch you need with Patient. But therefore your team needs good passing skills overall.

Patient is a tactic where you have to consider quite some things to get it work for you.

Patient with PG at PF trying to create a huge mismatch. Looks as if they match IS with ID as well I think. Any comments?

Hey that's my game! =P

Anyway, I wonder if my squad is suitable for patient..
