Oh man I completely forgot to log in and set my lineup, and it looks like that could have been the deciding factor in my tournament loss today. Really tough loss because I really need the extra cash lol. And what's worse is that my players' GS will be terrible for quite some time.

Looking at both the conferences, I don't think this league has ever been more balanced conference wise. Both have a solid top 4, an above average 5 seed, and a couple weak teams fighting at the bottom.

With that being said, one still has to be better. Which conference do you guys think it is?

Dammit. 2nd game in a row with a injury to a key starter in first 2 minutes...

I need a deeper roster.

Looks like it wasn't long term this time. I can't wait for my SF to get back. My temporary starter can't play defense and it is dragging my team down. He makes for a great sixth man but that is it.

Yup. I got lucky this time! I should perhaps invest in a >lvl1 doctor though, just in case.

OMG, another week and another injury. This time a multi-game injury for my best player! Not cool.

FINALLY, got my starting SG back. He has played a total of 6 minutes so far this season. NOW maybe finally I can see what he does playing a whole regular season game and not just cup or scrimmage.

I have always been a haphazard trainer. No real rhyme or reason to it. I'd glance at the roster and think let's try this, this week. As a result my training never has been very good or thorough. I have made an effort to look at what position and particular skill needs work now. I'm sure a lot of you are going well duh, right now. I tend to be an impatient person. To train the same 1-2 guys for weeks on end, I'm the kid in the car going are we there yet?
Before I always bought established players who had the skills I wanted or close any way. I am now for the first time actually trying to train up a majority of young players. With some older skilled guys at a few key positions. In time if the young guns do well, I will replace the older guys.
It's a project, and I have the time to put in and actually do more than just set my lineup a couple times a week. If anyone has any tips or suggestions on how to train, I'd love to hear them.
