Seems like a really good build to me. But everyone should remember that even a small arena can generate big money.
The key to high income no matter the size is pricing. And that gets a lot easier with a large arena.

for shizzel :p

if E.B.W. wanna have max income somewhere in the future (something around 650k) he must upgrade his arena one more time cause of the maximum of 20 on bleacher seats...

soft cap penalty. You will never sell all those extra seats with 20k, it possible to sell 19 750 every time though.

Yes what you say s 100% true.

While I do agree you can get you money back if you promoting every years. You can get your money in no time flat. but if your stuck. Its not worth it. No matter how you price 20k seat your going lose revenue if your stuck in division. Unless you(the manger) have good players and a very good idea of what to do to generate mass funds.

sry bro thats BS in all kind of ways....in a long term its always plus ev to have "max seats" (for example my arena)...

i dont know how it works in 5th division cause of the min limit of prices for seats but i can give u 7 REAL years Experience of playing BB and testing the arena, that u can sell easily 20k in every ( tested it league 1 till 4) kind of leagues

pricing is way more important than how the arena looks...

i got max revenue in germany in first division (after the change and not included play off games) with 650k ( only a polish team hit this mark in the past as well ), in second division with round about 420k and in 3rd division with 350k if my brain still works...

I make 1.2 million a season give or take every season. I paid my area in 5 division around 3-4 million.. Which took along time. to do so.

When pay a player for a certain amount. you take that amount and add to seats Because that is only way to recoup those funds. So if I buy a player for 1 million I add that versus what I make. If I make a said amount lets say 650K..

That's 2 season just to pay him give or take. That not counting other expense's to afford.

It not possible to recoup all funds with managing a Bb team.. But you can get that money back from seats.. 16k seat will take about 5 season give or take to recoup from those same exact seats. Level does play a factor and cups.. 20 k seats+ has a penalty you cant sell it out every single game , every single season not possible with the BB arena economic formula.

There-for its not possible to get every dime spent back. ,because expense you make goes against the seats you have built.

Let me explain it this way: Because of the soft cap, you can't sell all seats beyond 20k. So let's say for 10 bleachers you build, you can only sell 2. Those 10 bleachers cost $2000, that is the money you invest. You only sell 2 bleachers, so say at price $10, you earn $20 more than you would normally without the investment in the extra seats. Now, after 100 home games you will have earned 100x $20 more, so $2000 more than you would have normally, earning back your investment. After those 100 home games, you will have earned money on your investment. It's slower because normally you earn back investment in the arena in 1,5-2 seasons, but still there is a payoff after some time.

So that was what Manon was saying, if you're in for the long run, you can make money by building beyond the soft cap.

Do you remember if those numbers were just after promotion or were you able to sustain those levels? I of course have an arena that is not yet really complete, but I'm pretty fortunate to pull in or 360k so in II and so far this season, my arena attendance has been among the top in our league. I suppose it's time to start trying to save up for another round of expansion.
