I don't mind if I have several assistants to divert the workload. However are you registered on the off-site forum though? Because I've done most of the scouting and maybe might have a look at a few superstar potential once the NTscout I'm using doesn't keep bugging up. Because of the player detail there, it will be easier to sort the workload in keeping player tabs from there and also allow the opportunity for you to post your tactical ideas as well.

Love Wazza as a player at club level, dislike him at NT level.

Here are some good and bad reasons about Wazza:
- Can guard pure SF effectively
- Does okay but sometimes get punished by SG playing at SF
- Gets pummeled by PF playing at SF
- Not bad at outside offence when playing against a PF otherwise unlikely to cause damage against SG/SF
- A liability going inside offensively
- Not quite as useful in the clutch situation because of poor FT ability otherwise would be great

Dell's pretty much in the same boat. Only survived because of a bit better in inside skills.

Of course, I would really like a pure SF in the NT like Wazza but with +1 to +2 in all his current skills. But at this stage with experiments using PF at SF has been far more effective than Wazza or Dell because of the game engine that favours inside offence.

Only got around scouting MVP+ because now a days you pretty much have to be MVP+ besides SF position to have a shot at the NT. Will look at Superstar once I can get the NTScout results. That's the only reason why Tyler Hare was even on the radar. At this stage unless there's drastic improvement to his guard skills, I'll say no he won't make the team. ;)

I've high expectations for PG. Not only do they need to be able to defend and pass, they also need to be able to shoot Js and drive the ball inside for layups and dunks. I'm not too keen on PGs who takes 8-10 shots per game and jacks up 30% at club level because that number would be even worse at national level. Oh and 16 outside defence is below standards, as most are 18+ already on the NT. Similar expectations for jump shot, driving and handling. The greener these skills are the better. Inside secondaries is a big bonus. So pretty much have to be 100k+ superstar guard to be on my radar.

At this moment we have a few PG that are fringe selections but honestly I rather play combo guards. They are more versatile as once you have PGs on the team and if the SGs are in bad gameshape then you are pretty much stuck with playing two PGs in the guard position which isn't that great.

I might bring Grigg back. ;)

On a serious note, only if we are desperate then Hahi has a shot.

I've had worse. Plenty of BB mails mostly from division IV-VI overseas managers who ask about 35+ year old ranging from 5k to 40k.

I have had past experience with current Div 1 teams 'Chelsea Seagulls' and 'Whitebeard'. By this I mean I battled Chelsea Seagulls out for a Div 3 title once and witnessed Whitebeard promote to Div 1 as I was currently in the same Div at the time.

From your NT speech. You can add me to that list as well...you beat me in season 9 for promotion from div3 with a buzzerbeater tip with a sec to go in game 3 of the grand final series....But dont worry im in abbl now just like the others :-D

No you just join and then apply to be admitted to the Australian section. Once you have done that you need to wait until Direwolf or Whitebeard admit you. I can admit you to India.

Ahhhh yes, how could I ever forget that famous win!
Although it sucks that all of you have moved on to better things (Div 1) and I'm still an average Div 2 side....
Perhaps you would like to share a secret? ;)
Anyway, I'm going to go edit my speech. Can't leave out the best part
