doesnt he?

sry didnt read it all

so he should sell someone crap & get money or just after next home game

u know i love mvp potential but id never train a guy that started with pitiful od esp @ age 19 it takes 2 long

& im not suggesting he get a guy

abit better in OD justify for being worst in everything else

im suggesting he get a guy better in od & better in other stuff 2 cause im also not a fan of pitiful stamina

You will get a fair few different opinions on the minor details of the best guy to buy on so on with regards to training. Some of the things i will suggest are as follows.

Train one area either guards or bigs long term and gradually spend your money as you need it on guys in the other area.

In Div 4 (and early in div 3) train 3 guys for 48 minutes a week - It's the easiest way to get three good players (or like me 2 good ones and one to sell for a profit)

play TIE every game to get your game shape up while you are in the lower divisions.

Always remember the following........BUZZERBEATER IS A MARATHON NOT A SPRINT

Too many people only worry about this week or this season. Think about the type of team you want to have long term and buy and train players that will help you take steps to getting there.

Way back in season 6 whn i started i wanted to be a defensice team that kept scores low and didn't turnt he ball over. Because of that i have always bought and trained players with high defence and placed a premium on getting big guys (i train guards) that can pass well.

I got to the ABBL in about 6 seasons and have never demoted

I'm not saying my plan is the best but whatever one you come up with you need to stick to it over a decent period of time and work towards getting there.

The other mentors are usually lazy bastards. Most of it is just me these days :P

I'll try and get the other guys in to it again so we have more opinions and help around again.
