Seems like total skillpoints average of 19 year old yougths havent increased. Can you confirm or deny it?

Now they seem to have more glaring holes in the skillsets, but some are ridiculous, like 17 (9+8 IS ID for example for a guard) combined secondaries ! Thats is a killer, seen 72tsp with good heigth an 17 secondaries summ, goes above 18 year olds now

But scouting for 19 year olds still have very big disandvantage: most of the 19 year old ones are 5 balls....45 or 75 tsp. Skills scouting needed. But so far preliminary impression is there are 1-3 gems in the draft. Just it costs way more to uncover them than 18 year old ones.

Picking 18 years you know you will NOT get 50+ tsp for 4 balls, and 5 balls except very big ones tend to be around the same, around 52tsp Are you looking forward to solutions to fix disparity of scouting points required to scout good 19 vs 18 year olds? It might be possible just to grade differently, maybe up to 6 balls 19 year olds or, just change the value, for example 5k salary for 5 balls instead of 3k.

As I said before, tanking whiners expect to get the next Antetokounmpo every time they tank.

This is impossible because of the simple reason that if you give thousands of young Antetokounmpos they instantly become cheap normal players.

So impossible to please that kind of managers. Just let the draft as it is now.

Normal players are always cheap. Offer-demand law.

more good prospects make good prospects become normal.

It was intended to be "fixed" because whining managers that don't understand the game, managers that don't understand the most basic rule of any market, I mean supply and demand law, wanted it to be "fixed"..

There is nothing to be fixed. The goal of "better trainees" is logically impossible. I have repeated this several times, but nobody seems to care. People want to magically improve their team instead of reading, thinking and learning.

If you think that 18 year old trainees are better for your team, then draft them. When I had a homegrown team I generally preferred 19 year olds. I can tell you that they are not always useless. Anyway draft the players you like the most and try to learn in other areas of the game. Because the problem is not here.
