I understand that. I wont be able to make any moves untill 2 weeks when I have a nice profit made. should I go with 14 players since I make 66k a week now and make a cup private league and regular lineup? After this week my profit would only be 12k then so on. I already use private league to play my backups and find my best lineup my starters play in the regular season im not to sure should I make a cup lineup as well?

Heading on the right path so far. Are you?

I have 12 unused scouting points from last season so im going to put it at zero since I dont need trainees im going to let it ride from there and see what happens.

Well, if you put it at 0 nothing will happen, since that is what you have decided you want to happen.

That said, if you know you aren't interested in ever drafting players and/or need the additional cash flow, it's not a bad decision. No reason to spend money on something you don't think you will ever use.

If you do intend to draft at some point, even if that is a few or many seasons down the road, as Perpete said paying $10/wk to get 2 scouting points is a good option. You are still only paying $5k per point, the cheapest amount possible, and you will end up with 28 points at the end of each season. If you then choose to only scouting some seasons and not others, you can end up with enough points those seasons when you do scout to find out quite a bit of information about the draftees. After just two seasons, you'd have 56 points which is enough to find out the skills of all of the draftees, although you won't know their ages, heights, star or grade rating, etc.

It takes 135 scouting points to scout & interview all 48 players, plus another 50 if you also wanted to put them through all five drills. The most scouting points anyone can purchase in a single season is 56, and that requires spending $10k per point rather than $5k. By paying $5k or $10k each week to get 1 or 2 points, you can save them up for a few seasons, perhaps waiting until a season where things didn't go well and you have a top draft pick, and then be able to gather enough information about the draft class to really put together a good draft ranking. For example, if someone decided to only draft every fourth season while spending $10k/wk for points, they'd have 112 points to use each time.

Makes sense. so you can save anyway if you pay 1 point a week you can end up saving 2 to 4 seasons depending when you want to draft. I myself wont be drafting for a while since im training a team full of trainees which to me was a smart move now im picking between either taking it easy and wait till I get enough seats for division 3 to promote or play normal

Sensational I think would be better for this context ;)....but duke you should be making alot more money if your arena was bigger. I would focus on sinking all of your profit into your bleachers until you reach around 10k.

You have been playing 3 seasons (on your 4th) have you exhaustively read the game manual? Expanding your Arena is definitely a good investment, it is easier to sell out tickets in higher divisions because your season ticket holders grow everytime you promote.

You should be at least making 50 K weekly just manipulating the prices in your arena. Some teams are even making 90-100 k in weekly income.
