makes sense... but then you will need to buy other players to play at C and PF... and support those salaries to be competitive, or tank completely...

Yes, and you can sell all of your PGs to make that happen, since you will be training bigs there for a couple of seasons. Stop acting like this is rocket science ;)

I am training balanced big men. Still in the early stages but my goal is

C:

JS:8/9 JR:7
OD:7 HA:8/9
DV:9 PA:8
IS:15 ID: 14
RB: 14 SB:9

PF:
JS: 11/12 JR:8/9
OD:10 HA: 9
DV: 10 PA: 8
IS: 13/14 ID: 13
RB: 13 SB: 5

C will take about 2-3 seasons and PF will take 3-4. Also working on SF (IS will be a little lower than ideal but the rest will be solid and balanced), but I was of the same opinion, bigmen with secondaries are almost impossible to find on the TL and when they are available they are crazy expensive. So I am aiming to promote to D.II in about three seasons otherwise I will have trouble affording these guys ($65-70 k each I am estimating) plus a decent backcourt.

Edit: I think I was a little optimistic in my time frames. More like C will take the next 3 seasons and the PF will take the next 4-5 (same as the SF)

That second guy will be a beast, and cheaper than the first by around 15-20k. And yeah, depending on starting skills, 5 seasons is a good estimate.

Yeah maybe more ID would help and if I am in D.II by then I might do that since I will be able to absorb the extra salary. But after three seasons of training big man primaries I am planning on going back to finish up the secondaries for the PF and SF. Plus the C is the oldest prospect so he will be training very slow at that point if I go back to beef up his secondaries some more (although he is already there more or less there with 7/7/6/7/7/7 for secondaries). I was going to do some one-on-one at the beginning of next season and focussing on OD and maybe PA for the rest of this season.

Anyways, we'll see how it plays out, I don't keep track of sublevels so he may pop sooner than CP predicts in some of these secondaries.

Just a pair of balance big men I'm training I guess. Feel free to comment.

Are you doing mostly guard skills first? And is the second guy the American kid?
