The whole idea is that these trainers should be exclusive. I guess that it is only the absolute top team that can motivate paying for them.Probably interesting in that extra addition of stamina, game shape and free shot improvement of their players.
Hmm, you are saying that lvl 6 or 7 trainer compared with lvl 5 is better only in these categories?

I don't think he's saying that because it's not true. higher level is better at everything, just not a lot better. In fact, i'd say it's so small that it's not worth the money, even for the top teams.

In Hattrick best managers do not train to improve players but to get them as good as possible for the matches. I suspect that also in BB that the top teams would waste a training to get better game shape to not loose matches.

That is the only thing I am referring to. I think that the better trainer the better he will improve all skills including , stamina, game shape, free shots and all age-related skills like JS, JR, PS and so on.

I do find it difficult to believe that a level 6 or 7 trainer will be worth the money if you just intend to improve your players to sell them a season or two later. I only think that you would do it to make your team win matches this season.

Considering how expensive these trainers are that is at least a qualified guess that might be very wrong.

138 is what is available now - do a search for each level of trainer and you'll be able to see how many are available.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

I have no idea, but I doubt that would be released.

what I find a bit extreme is the salary range for staff of the same level. A level 5 trainer can have a starting salary of 15k as well as 31k... ad that, to me, is a too large difference.

I am also quite surprised of how much many users are willing to pay level 5 trainers... after a few months from the release of the new staff system I think that I can safely claim that it added new costs, as feared by many users at that time.

Well I think that trainer with higher wage is also cheaper to hire. So you have to find out the equilibrium.
And if someone hire a high salary trainer level 5 for also very high transfer fee, that's his problem I think.

that's true, but an 'old' level 5 would cost me around 21-23k salary, my current level 5 is up to 34k now and if I want to replace him I'll have to spend much more than it used to be with the old system.

The problem for me is not the higher prices for trainers alone, but the general balance between the player's values (at the lowest), the staff prices (still very high for trainers), the player's salaries and the incomes (arena on top).
I am sure that the BBs are monitoring the situation, but when I see a big man with a 64k salary sold for 2.1M (2990067) I wonder what the added value of training nowadays... maybe I should just hire a level 4 trainer then.
