I agree with a lot of the sentiments expressed. I am not annoyed by the fact that training hasn't completed yet...delays are reasonable.

What is annoying is that I have to look at a message that says "training will be 1-2 hours late" when we are already 4 hours past the scheduled time.


I think they got it right.
"Training is delayed by an approximate 1-2 hours for several countries"

and for other countries, it's 4+. ;)

Clearly they're just working on a script that will say: "Training is X:XX late in your country" in that spot instead. ;)

Still many in the Philippines with incomplete training while others teams already have it. Kinda weird one country having complete and incomplete training...

Usually we get the message that training is complete 15-20 min before it actually is complete. I have that message now, and training is not complete. But it has been like this for as long as I can remember. It seems that we get the message when training starts in the country. So when we get the message we know that training is not too far away.

Well it wasn't too far, mine just finished!

This, precisely. The message comes, but the Manage My Team page still shows the minutes for your trainees for the week. You know training has completed when the minutes finally disappear from the training section...

I've seen my LP match (which had to start 5 minutes ago) didn't start. Should I wait the end of the training before it runs?
